Getting Quite Close

I've just about gotten the gallery functionality built back into Movable Type. Then the uploading, then the scanning then the uploading again.

I've managed to move my scanner to the ultra-convenient location right behind the computer I'm sitting at right now. No idea why it took so long to move it.

Oh right, lazniess.

Art That Is Deviant In Nature

Hooray, now my Deviant Art page is no longer sad and empty. You know, in case you prefer to follow along over there. I like options.

Obviously I'm still trying to get back into a habit of posting things here, but a few weeks between posts is clearly an improvement for me.

I'm going to see if I can get the scanner to a more convenient location to make scanning sketches easier since there are a few here waiting. Staring at me. See, it's currently 6-and-a-half feet up, on top of the shelves that sit on top of the thing that our TV lives in. I have no idea why I have done this to myself.

Oh, before I forget, today marks an important day - Scary Go Round has ended! It was the first web comic that I ever followed and I've stuck with it for 6 years now. John Allison is King of The Internet Comic as far as I'm concerned and I am very excited to see what he does as a follow up.

And I'm Back

Finally back from a year-long hiatus. Work, comic production and, um, sleeping kept me from my bloggery. Nine half-finished redesign attempts later, I've actually managed to set everything up for a fresh start. Here, I bring you art!

Right now everything is on Flickr but at some point I will get the gallery functionality back here on the site.

In addition to the job that pays the bills, I'm currently working on To The Power Against issue five as well as a new project with Carrie, The Yeti. I'll be posting sketches and things as I go. Speaking of To The Power Against, I've finally posted the cover of issue four, sans title:

Meanwhile, our photos from Comic Con are up in the Conjoined Comics Flickr pool. Carrie's "Robot vs. ________" series is quite amazing.
